If you need to cancel your appointment or make changes we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.  Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per hour that you have reserved. No shows or cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment will require a prepayment of half the cost of your service before rebooking

We will send you a reminder by text or email 48hrs in advance to confirm your appointment.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We do ask that you bring your physcial card, as from time to time contactless or apple pay does not work.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate additional guests or children in the studio as we are limited on space. We appreciate you making other arrangements during the time of your appointment so we can ensure the comfort and safety of you and our staff. 

You will find us in the financial building in downtown YXE. We are located inside The Guild Studios on the third floor. Please press 3 in the elevator. When you arrive for your appointment please have a seat in the reception area and we will come and get you. If you are arriving after 5:00pm you will need to be let into the building. Please text us when you are arriving.
